There are 9 warmonger variables that change during everything except for unseen scouts.

If a realm has attacked you recently enough, your number will be in one or more of those slots.

If you target has your number (meaning they have attacked first) you can declare.

If I was ranked 100,000 and I decided to try and declare war on a realm that was 80,000 the game will note down the current time, and give me an error telling me to pick a different target.

Normally there will be an exception allowing you to downhit in networth as long as it is up in acres. If you have a last-downhit time within 24 hours, you cannot make use of that exception.

The idea is to prevent people declaring on multiple realms until they find one that has more land than them.

Kaz - thanks for the info, I did play when Droben were around and enjoyed the offensplosions that ensued, but I was more making the point that I know what Goblins and Vampires and Elves and Dwarves and so forth are and have an idea of what they look like when I go to war, but Droben are a race I haven't really seen any visuals for. Kinda makes me feel like I'm attacking someone with Sniffleplocks or Skeezwarblers or perhaps the diminutive mouse people the Wubblescuts.

I hope this is just a solo thing? In turmoil if you war with someone they might have 6 kingdoms above you and 2 below and to not be able to first strike those two would be vexing.

Also what happens if you declare on a large kingdom and then use a second to finish it which is larger than the attacked kingdom?

Don't suppose we could get that message to read "go choose a harder war Pesh"? ie make it Pesh specific no matter who's trying to downhit.

One question though (before I learn the hard way): are the troop strengths the 'old' ones (i.e. kobolds being rather defensive) or the Unity ones (i.e. kobolds as attackers)?

If...... Solo and Turmoil were to be split from the old code base, and started to utilise the open troop values in place in Unity and Massacre.

Which races would you guys like to see in game.
