oopsie, meant to do this long ago since I asked ya'll not to chit chat there.

I think it would be kinda neat if more people could post photos of their dishes or if someone else would make the dish and post a picture.

Well, sure, now you suggest photos! :P My stew's gone!

Nummy.

Gotcha. Updated the last one. Sometimes pictures of the ingredients help too.

I should look for the picture of the cheesecake my girlfriend made for our aniversary. That was one DAMN good cheesecake!

Hmm..I've got a request: SIMPLICITY. :)

Most of the recipes posted require a cooking ability...this I do not have :(

I'm with Porckie.

I need easy! I don't even know what some of the ingredients are! All kinds of weird cheeses I haven't heard of before!

Well how about this.

Post some simple dishes you like. I want people to post what takes time to cook, and what doesn't. I want a pretty comprehensive list of recipes. Otherwise there is no point in putting together a "book" of like 20 dishes that most people can make without thinking.

As soon as this takes off, I'll put it in its own forum.

I agree with Demmy...after all, you need to cater to those of us who do know what those different kinds of cheeses are and love each of them more than life itself. *drools* provalooooone....
