TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT (SERVICES)
Termination of Account and Services offered by Evernight Games is the ultimate and final action taken for violation of any of our Terms of Services and rules. The decision to terminate a persons account is not one that comes with ease. Evernight Games offers a unique "three strike" policy for players. Meaning, you get three chances to ammend your actions and attitude before Termination of Account and Services is considered.

Players who have had their account terminated by Evernight Games are not welcomed to rejoin the community in any way shape or form under any new guise. Those who attempt this action will be reported to their Internet Service Provider and/or any other service provider who's Terms of Service they are violating.

We consider the termination of account and services a final decision. E-mail and other attempts at communication with Evernight Games. will not be responded too. We feel that all facts, explanations, and actions will be taken into consideration prior to the final decision.
