Post Monkey's swim in the bowl (Foret/Blinky)
Godlike had been sitting in his bed chamber's when a messanger showwed up and bowed before him.He then handed him a letter from Lord Loco amember of the mighty guild.Godlike looked at the messanger nodded his thank's and sent him on his way.

Godlike opened the letter and started to read it and burst into a fit of laughter that woke almost the entire castle from a dead sleep.

Quote:
From lord Blink to Lord Loco

So what you're saying is you would prefer this world to only have 3 guilds? One Foret, one Darden and one Isonian? Jeez, sounds like a whole lot of fun. Any monkey sat at a Desk can organize 40 people into one guild, it's not like there's any particular challenge to it.

When his laughing fit was over he started to write back to this lord Blinky.

My dear lord Blink I am not sure where you have gathered your information from about the leadership of large guild's and what it does and doesn't take.I can assure you that a Monkey cant run a large guild. If they was able to we would have people like you leading them.Needless to say my dear sir you do not have the skill's to lead such a large guild you skilless monkey.I for one was Most amused by your word's as was a few other gm's in all the faith's

Godlike

LoCo got back to his quarter that dawn after handling Godlike, a great friend of him his letter. LoCo heard a very deep laugh, a kind of laugh that someone would not be able to breath. Then for a moment, the laugh seem to have stopped. As LoCo was to open the door of his room. The laughing started again. LoCo couldn't help himself but to laugh too.

So LoCo went back to Godlike's room and Godlike handed him a paper, not the one that LoCo gave to him but it seemed to be a reply letter. LoCo looked at Godlike and he was having a hard time breathing and his face was turning red and he still couldn't stop laughing.

"Here, give it back as a nice reply" Godlike said and was still laughing.

LoCo took the letter and said "You'll wake the others with your laugh mate". LoCo was trying hard to control his laugh. But he couldn't handle it so Godlike and LoCo laughed hard together.

"If Charles was here, we could have the whole kingdom startled with his laugh Godlike" LoCo said while closing Godlike's door.

"Have a sleep mate, a long day awaits us...."

Armitage had gotten a message from Godlike the message had been sent out in mass to all the member's of The Return.Armitage opened the letter and started to skim over it.A scribe from a heathen? and one with very little coherance of thought.Armitage smiled at the letter and she sat down and began to write.

I for one will have to Disagree about the monkey my lord.It take's skill of diffrent type's to lead all type's of guild's.A small guild require's the ability to ration your resources in a war strike to make sure all of the enemy has been hit.A large guild requires orginazation skill's and many other's.Im sure that a monkey dont have any of those skill's but perhaps they could run a kingdom after all you seem to be doing it are you not?

As LoCo again was about to go to his room, Armitage went in to Godlike's quarter and had some talk. Then both were laughing. LoCo heard of some monkey stuff trying to run a guild. LoCo thought that how in the world a mokney could run a guild? It was for sure out of this land of Tonan to have something like that.

Monkeys leading a guild? LoCo laugh as he enters his room. This would sure be a laughing stock if Charles was to hear some horrible things like this. It soon will come to Charles, LoCo went to his bed. LoCo slept but both Armitage and Godlike were still laughing.

Chaunii sat up startled, the roar of laughter running through the castle. She shook her head perturbed, it was late, too late to be laughing. And, too early she would have to return to her kingdom to finsh the weekly accounting task she so much dreaded. With a whisper, candles lightened in her room.."I wonder what can be so funny at this ungodly time," she put on her knife belt and proceeded to walk to the bedchamber of her host Godlike, which the noise was coming from. She didn't get far, walking across cold stone stopped her, but she heard enough. She turned around and returned to her room. "Monkeys running a large guild?" She thought to herself as she laid back down in her now cold bed. She giggled to herself trying to visualize the insanity. She fell asleep wishing a monkey would do her accounting so she could sleep late.

Ulo was out in the courtyard overlooking some work being done on a wall that was in dire need of repair. He was Instructing the worker's on what he wanted done when he seen the messanger aproaching them.An odd hour for the messanger to be coming he thought.

Ulo took the message from the young girl and told her to get herself something to drink he might need her to take a reply. The letter came from Godlike and it was a copy of a scribe sent to another member of the guild.after reading over the letter Ulo smirked cruppled the letter and handed it to a passing maid.

It's people like that that give their guild's or faith's a bad name.

The demon experienced the raucous fit of maniacal laughter through the senses of his minion. The creature hid in the shadows taking in the room. Through it's eyes Taldric took in both the received letter and the response from the self-proclaimed godlike, as well as the guild "leader's" loss of... composure. It was ironic how the followers of Foret claimed a monkey could not run a guild, and at the same time they acted so much like the self-same apes. The unintelligible wailing of their laughter did so resemble the chattering of a band of chimps. But then, chimps weren't quite so loud and obnoxious. The demon couldn't help but suppress a smile, those traits did seem so inherent in heathens.

Then the demon went over "godlike's" response in his head. It was great how one could take up so much paper, and yet say absolutely nothing. The man could not so much as defend himself, but try to avert the glaring obviousness of Blink's words back by attacking him with the savagery of...wait, what is it?...an enraged ape. Perhaps, the demon might consider the thoughts of the GM of a guild if he could get through the morass of grammatically butchered words and find some point to them. Yet, in this case, there was no point. Godlike never stated how Blinky was wrong, just that he was. People said the world was flat, but that didn't make it so. As far as Taldric could tell, the man's sole attributes were the abilities to laugh like someone who should be locked up, and to make himself look like a fool by his inability to use a pen. But, how much can one demon know? Maybe Taldric was wrong. Maybe this wasn't a classic example of the blind following the blind. Maybe godlike did have some redeeming quality that he failed to mention. Even though godlike couldn't see that monkeys did form themselves into the largest groups they could find in order to promote a false sense of safety, be it with minimal organization, although some guilds seemed to exude less, maybe there was a speck of intelligence hiding somewhere in the Foret GM's head. But then, maybe pigs could fly and black was really white. Taldric didn't think so.

(OOC: First, that scribe was from one leader to another, and was not meant to be spread around your faith like a bad rumour or posted on TB. Secondly, if you have a problem with me, then take it out on me, and not on my guildmates- this is a lame-ass excuse for a downhit on a guild with 31 less members.)

Blinky surveyed his lands. Such was the greed of Foret these days. Any excuse, any reason to downhit, any reason to get away with any form of cheating. A sad state of affairs to be sure, but what could he expect? After all, like his private missive had said, it only took a monkey to lead a guild like that. Of course, Blinky had not meant their guild, but apparently they wished to prove that they were a prime example of such a guild.

But, like any good bully, or dictator, they only sought battle when they knew their enemy would be crippled and powerless to fight back. It was like watching a kid pulling the wings off flies. Sick, sad, and twisted. Still, I suppose they got some sadistic pleasure out of bullying others around. He sighed. And so it goes.

(ooc. Whisperwinds is that latin for gangbanging land grabbers. btw I also deleted cant see you getting anymore free land)

Once again the scum of Forets faithfull show just what kind of people they are. The hordes rode into the Lands of the Reality and laid waste to every thing before them. Over 40 realms marched agaist 10, the men fought bravely but they were just outnumbered. Phillo and his men stood tall and thwarted several attempts, they managed to take some but not all. Knowing the heathen trash that they were all would be back to march on those they could not take the first time. Again Phillo and his men would be ready for them.
