LQS Not RESETTING!

No reset. Bugs are fixed.

Fix the bugs! I coulda killed Reylan if I could have claimed turns from killing Livewire ;p

Changed my mind, going to let it run.
If things are jacked up then I'll reset it still.
I fixed the claim bug on land, and also the saved builds will now let you do it on builds 4400 turns.

I also removed any kingdom with 4500 turns, set them to 150.
Ditto on any claims over 150 turns.
Game should be stable now.
