Bash Refunds IMPORTANT~!

As soon as I know something from the hotel regarding a refund I will begin sending your money back. We have two scenarios here...

1) The hotel decides to give a credit to Evernight Games for future bash and I send you back $29.

2) The hotel refunds the full meeting room amount and I send you back $50.

I will need you all to post your mailing info either in here, by PM, email, or ICQ once I get the details.

Also, I will be mailing checks to you all for the simple reason that I cannot afford the cost of fees from PayPal for 30+ people at $2-4 a pop.

Lastly, if you paid for someone else, please include that in your message to me so I can be sure to credit you back the full amount you paid.

If you guys don't mind the 2 dollor or so charge, it is easy and fast for Belle to send it back via PayPal.

She's already sent mine back that way and for 100 it charged me $3.20.
