Nagash, all you really need is to get to 1k+ trainrate and also have 1k+ temples. The rest of what you do is:
steal cash
sab caravans
tithe to get huge
fluff scum
scout everyone
hit those that you've found to not carry much scum(the new building acquisition rate is AMAZING); basically you should be able to get by w/o ever building more than like 3-5k buildings.
