Well, not even sure why we're discussing it. You were ranked above me with 412K vs 406K, if it was some temporary fluke or something I have no idea. Even if you would have been below I wouldn't consider it a downhit since you just hadn't forted hard apparently so I'd have no reason to lie about it.

General Rules:

1. If you have any problems with someone in the game or the forum please send a private message to either of the two voices listed above. That is the fastest way to contact them. You may also use email which you can find in their profile.

2. If you have a problem with your game or board account please contact Account Support - info@evernight.com

3. Do not post any kingdom numbers or names. Using leader names is allowed - that's the tradeoff against fame/infamy when you create a self named kingdom. The only exception to this rule would be Admin created reports on the game, or posting bots.

4. Do not coordinate with other players. This is grounds for the removal of your kingdom and/or account.

5. Do not request the assistance of other players, whether through ICQ, AIM, email or other mediums. The forum moderators do play the game, though often under an alias, and are quite annoyed when they receive recruitment scribes. This will now be handled via a warning system.

1st Warning - You will get a aviary/scribe by one of the Voices letting you know that you have been caught cheating the game rules.

2nd Warning - You will get another aviary/scribe by one of the Voices in addition your kingdom may be edited down depending on the violation.

3rd Warning - You will be removed from Solo for the duration of the age. If it is near the end of an age, you will sit out the next.

Anything after that - You will be removed from Solo and the Forum for good.

Recent Changes.

The code protecting war declarations has been removed as of early 2005. The reason behind the removal is the level of abuse of this piece of code, which was introduced in the first place due to player feedback relating to the number of people jumping into existing wars to grab cheap land.

So - war on. If you have any ideas of how the problems with the game can be fixed, feel free to PM SunBlade with them.

Multiple accounts - both myself (SunBlade) and Whit regularly check up on random players, and occasionally more specifically on rank ranges, to look for multiple accounters. If you have more than one account, do not carry on cheating. If you're thinking about running a second account - *smack*. Bad. Don't risk losing the ability to access the game at all

After otis gave me a good thumping I decided to respond by taking Cannon out.

Starting stats was me 350K vs 501K (he was 540K or so when I went scumming on his ass).

no land has changed owner yet, lets see what happens next.

Whoever i attacked a couple days ago seems to be a real tough fighter, scumming down my temples and successfully sorcing me down.

Took a couple more acres and now i'm back at almost the same NW i started at, but with a build rate of 10 and over 65% of my land unbuilt Now i'm starting to think of downsizing some

And anyways Brians Buggery Ban Stick, is a +5 Ban Stick that looks much cooler when weld against someone. Not some cheep bologna job, that has you singing like a kid in a commercial in order for it to work effectively. *nods*

Turns out that anonymous was Dux. I should have realized that, given that I attack him once every age it seems. Anyway - nasty, nasty counterstrike by Dux. I'm now enjoying lots of cleared land, plenty of space for moo moo's cows to graze.

Small downhit sadly (like 15k) but by the time i'd found a target i only had like 70 turns to hit with.

i've spent the last week trying to figure out who was not at war and could not find anyone.

it was not to bad of a down hit one me though.

there is just not enough targets to go around in the upper ranks.

But down here there are more targets in the lower rankings LOL

But after i spent so many bloody turns -looking- for a viable target (checking 'at war' targets who seemed to be a wars a little old) i had so few turns breaking his grey elves just didn't seem realistic.
