Tempers Ball

that's what I figured. Between your war chest and all those type 4's, you were geared to put the big hurt on someone. Once I scouted you, I figured, what the h-ll, let's have some fun.

Good luck on your retal.

Trying solo again, see how the crap hits are this age.

Sun Ce vs Thorax

starting stats

Ain't much of an uphit, but an uphit it is.

Thorax 135,193
Sun ce 130,326

Plus he had about 2.5k acres more.

War on.

by **Karhedron** » Sat Feb 09, 2008 7:05 am

Hit up on someone blind.... bounced off forts...

Could be in for a painful retal...

...Doh.

by **_Nagash_** » Sat Feb 09, 2008 10:55 am

Attacked Crumb for having 13k acres and no defense. The damage a handful of untrained kobolds can do is huge!

by **General Andy Icarn** » Sat Feb 09, 2008 9:47 pm

got confirmation of peace from sly. so for anyone holding a grudge or just too many excess kobolds I'm at...

PEACE

09 Feb 2008 (3****) declared on (1****).
08 Feb 2008 (5****) declared on (1****)

and another kingdom did 3 hits... can the voice do something about this?

by **supergus2** » Sun Feb 10, 2008 1:18 pm

Downhit on by the king, Predator

According to UB Solo:
Predator 411,473
Me 351,916

I lost maybe 50 forts

Dwarven defense rocks!

by **Torkano** » Sun Feb 10, 2008 1:34 pm

He's really low on scum if anyone cares. He scouted me and was hung. Apparently looking for some more easy land to downhit 3 times on.

by **General Andy Icarn** » Sun Feb 10, 2008 4:05 pm

when 11 of the top 13 kingdoms in the game and all top 8 are the same race something's wrong.

by **supergus2** » Sun Feb 10, 2008 5:22 pm

Dwarves were meant for defense

I'm thinking there will be a lot more longer wars that don't end with first strike this age.

by **Lord Roland** » Sun Feb 10, 2008 9:52 pm

Hit moo moo cow for 5k of his almost 13k. Waiting up for his counter.

by **_Nagash_** » Mon Feb 11, 2008 6:11 am

Peace with Crumb.

by **Torkano** » Mon Feb 11, 2008 7:47 am

Hit Bebe. He had 11.3k acres, I had 10.3k. Was a tough nut to crack being forted low scum and mostly defense. Took only 3k acres, eagerly awaiting the retal. This should be fun.

Bebe:345k
Me: almost 331k

by **Celticprince** » Mon Feb 11, 2008 9:24 am

Kamatayan you'll need to edit out the kingdom names in your post.

by **Gerien** » Mon Feb 11, 2008 2:52 pm

Oh, [edit]name changed to Candy this age[/edit]. Must you, oh must you subject yourself to the embarrassment of coming after me again? Perhaps this age you should take what remains of your piddling little kingdom and go crawling away - or at least know better than to try and 3-out me whilst leaving obvious proof that you can be so badly beaten.

I suppose you'll want to make this another age-long drawn out cowardly scribeless battle again. *sigh* C'est la vie.

To all: I am, once again, at war.

by **Kwaiq** » Mon Feb 11, 2008 5:32 pm

I got hit by Skeezer unfortunatly i was forted for scouting and he got through without a problem. I was able to burn him a bit.

by **Dux** » Mon Feb 11, 2008 10:27 pm

Repaid Pesh for his 3 and out - followed by declare on me.

I don't know why he left the declare on, I took back the acres + interest.

by **Karhedron** » Tue Feb 12, 2008 5:00 am

Hit up blind on someone a good few ranks above me on the scrolls, relying on sheer dwarven tenacity to work my way through their defences - which eventually my boys did.

Gonna be some nervous training as the next few turns creep in however...

by **Horza** » Tue Feb 12, 2008 10:22 am

war is ongoing. thorin just did a scumming run. I had to take more acres.

by **Gerien** » Tue Feb 12, 2008 11:31 am

Candy replied by killing a bunch of my peasants and burning a bunch of buildings then apparently went on vacation, because s/he is under protection now.

Coward.

by **Voice Noob** » Tue Feb 12, 2008 5:51 pm

proving my noobness I have declared on the king my mistake

Wars such as that would seem cowardly my Margrave.
Allies are not permitted in this game.

Again im not at war with noone and my target wasent and i hit the guy i was declaring on 3 times. cs 1's this really put my realm in a bad spot!

by **Sun Ce** » Wed Feb 13, 2008 8:37 am

By looking at the message, this might indicate your were trying a downhit???

Wars such as that would seem cowardly my Margrave.

I might be wrong, but who knows??

If i was the individual you were trying to hit, i would think that person would hit you anyhow for trying to attack???

Who knows.

This other message

Allies are not permitted in this game.

Funny line.

Another thing, sounds like you were hiding in a war dec???

Who knows.

Seems to me it could be that you either started to hit a target with more than 10% less NW than you(using Kaz's example, you had 100k and your opponent had less than 90k) or after you hit him 3 times and took his troops out, that dropped his NW to more than 10% less NW than you. To circumvent that, declare war first so it calculates the NWs pre-attacks.

mr ed hit me. he managed to loot my cash away and throw his firebeards at my wall of trolls. think i lost 5 or 6 acers and 1k or so trolls. from the looks of it should be a good war.
