To be honest; I remember when tbl came out more or less. I remember dealings with them, but I don't recall ever being a member. But my memory often fails me, so who knows

Always had fun fighting against TBL, and not to mention always to be on standby whenever TBL wasn't at war...

yes i'm kinda pleased, 3 people came back from retirement and joined TBL i sent icq's to 40 to 50 others, just in case. Some were oponents, some were allies, some were TBL

never know 1 came back due to it -giggles-

and Pika, yeah I always enjoyed my dealing with TBL, whether they were as enemies or allies. I have full trust in my Belgian brothers, and long as they're around I have full trust in TBL

a lil note.

Due to recent happenings a few people got spanked kinda, with a dont come back to TBL status.

I will clean the slate for all, if they wish to rejoin TBL after next reset. In whatever game takes maxim's place. When it does.

I hope tho. That the problems that we had will not reoccur. I honestly don't need groups of people joining and then leaving to do their thing. Adding to that that they left in this case their GM completely clueless about what was going on.

So. If you rejoin TBL after reset.

1. Want to be clear who is in the lead. Currently thats me and Shayanna.
2. I'm expecting communication. I don't want to guess what ya are doing.
3. I honestly don't want people who come because Tom, jack and Tim are in TBL and they are their guildies in another game. Coz that would risk the same situation from rehappening. If you join TBL your first alleagance is to TBL.
4. TBL sponsors RP, I do not force people to post. But i expect people to try where possible.
5. I've allways run TBL as a family. And expect it to stay that way. A lot of the old members i concider good friends. At some i been upset in the past. But i'm putting that behind me. Just do not mess up again. .
6. Your actions carry the reputation of TBL. I don't plan on going to police, especially in other forums. But i hope you will keep it in mind.

I would prefer a small TBL which is actif. And where most RP. Against a big guild where i don't have contact with members. And no control on what they do or their behavior. But i see it as a family. And as such i want to do the effort to give this second chance. As some have expressed the wish to return.

This so i can see, if you agree with my view of TBL, and the qualities i want it to represent.

I don't just mean in maxim. So you prolly want to say, what is he talking about.

Well in the far past, in TBL's previous life. A guild was responsible of a members action, wherever on the boards. It didnt fully matter if it were in the forum of where the guild played or the other.

Now i realise, that i can't go play boss either of what people do elsewhere. I mean some have their own guild. And i have no place in going to watch over their shoulders. So that isn't what i plan either.

I'll try to go on a middle road. Altho i can't easily explain it here, But if that worries any future members, they're free to contact me so i can chat bout it.

But, the lines i draw down for TBL are the following,

Honor,
Fair wars, as fair as they come. Unless provoked by unfair actions by other guilds. For example a 30 member guild attacking a 5 member guild.
Respect for the heathen, and faithmate. Off course This is pointed toward OOC, IC can be quite another picture.
Follow the chain of command, and do not attack another guild unless ordered.

Now the new TBL has proven little, sure we ended first of the last age of maxim. But due to RL reasons this did not come to be by successfull wars, but mostly by being able to remain at peace while other warred.

I expect the wars will be more fair this time around. With the changes that seem to be happening to a few guilds faith allegiances and whatnot. But yeah, long as you don't go letting yer members provoke too many people, I don't see where honorable combat won't play part in any war

Yep, you won because I kept the angies off yer asses, and the leto's weren't a threat in any real way, as they had become horribly unorganized Twas a good win regardless. Somebody other than oafs won, even if it was a barnie, mission accomplished *smirks*

Have good memories of Little Devil, Lightfeather and others. My brother used to play aswell.

hi you two, well tbl was back between about october last year and start february this year.

We did pretty well, but between the weight of having warchats at night, which ya can't do without really. and school my time got sparse. That and it wasn't that easy nor fun to find wars out there as it once was.

That's why TBL is once again on break.

It may be back eventually, not sure when, or in what shape tho.

I remember you guys... wasn't a member myself. I was in Inverness when it was on top of the world. TBL and the Nine Sages were are biggest problem back then.

I still remember being stomped on by you guys and your superior numbers, it was awesome though...
