Kudoos to you of Debacle

Postby Whit » Tue Apr 04, 2006 6:45 pm

I just want to congratulate the people of Debacle for the way they have accepted my meddling with such good humor and no, I mean absolutely no griping about edited kingdoms and such.

I wish I could say the same about all the games, even those without such blatant cheating on my part.

Hey if I wasn't so board I think I would have tried harder to break your 25k forts.... The only thing I was wondering was how with no troops and a crap load of land my income vs expenses were through the roof!?

I actually love this style of play, full of action, no bitching, and everything is understandable. The only complaint i have is that there are many who do not play the way it is suppose to be played, people want to stay the same faith so when they die, they try to get reconverted. But whatever, if that is what they want well, ohh well.

I didnt mind you joining, but i was hoping to start a new age, im tired of people being either tooo high, or tooo low to do anything with and was hoping to start anew, but thats fine, im out of this til next age, so have fun. and will see you all then

Yup, grunt covered it quite well there.

This game is one game you can load up your realm or the boards section and know that there will be no crap.

Hell in my first age as co-gm of lol, when we unleashed our crazed masses upon the unsuspecting heathens there was only a minimum of conflict.

Some of the LOL banners have been the best funniest i've ever read/contributed too.

Such classics of ...

"Kill ALL the barnies"
"Start from 30001 and work your way upward"
"Kill all female heathens"

Its been great fun.

There does seem to need to be an extended npp or perhaps having more land to start with so you can defend yourself. As you can often find yourself converted after you've spent yuor first turn out of npp. I've had to play an alt this age to have a chance of not being converted on sight...this gave me a chance to try and fight the beast of LOL. I managed to be about the last 3rd or 4th barnie but now im back home and will see what we in LOL can do.

Fun fun fun!

Wait you did what with your kingdom???? Thats crap, you are ruining the game (unless you do it to mine) and this will further drive people away (unless you do it to mine) I hope you die and rot in hell (thumb in ass) for editing your kingdom (switch to angie) and then you should be forced to listen to kenny g does chirstimas carols for etenrity (unless you edit my kingdom to superhuman status)
Im gonna name my next kingdom 'The' and yell at you all for posting my kingdom name

I never got enchanted by the magic kingdom wand last age. I would like to be the first to apply for a Whit blessing.

Speaking of editted kingdoms:

Whit, we need another kingdom that can break some reds. You can make it gold if you want, but the biggest guy out of npp who isn't red is still about 1/4 the size of the smallest red guy now. It's very disappointing

I think the only thing that would make the game more 'user friendly' is an increased 'reset' frequency.
Maybe it can be made to reset automatically as soon as a kingdom reaches 5Mil or a guild reaches an average networth of 1Mil or so?

Just my two cents....
No backup .... No sympathy....
