Start two realms and build them up in advance. Should only take you about 15 minutes.

never been a scout kinda guy
but this new feature the DB is kewl
if I scout is it entered automatically
is my scout record only readable by my friends
can people be excluded as spys from seeing my scouts

Your guild decides who gets to see your scouts and when, in fact I'm not even sure if you can see your own scouts if your guild doesn't promote you high enough. At least you couldn't earlier. Unless you're ug, then other ug's can see your scouts.

That's on the list to fix. I hadnt realised how much info the UGs were getting lol

They should only have been seeing scouts by other Unguildeds rather than the scouts their faith shares.

To answer your question more fully.

A guild can chose to set an 'availability' value in each of their members scouts. The values include:
* Guild Only
* Faith Immediate
* Faith after 3, 6 or 12 hours
* Share with Co-War Heathens Immediate
* Share with Co-War Heathens after 3, 6 or 12 hours

GMs have two new 'privs'.

One allows access to the UB, the other allows you to change the guilds availability option and see which scummers / guilds submitted scouts to the UB
